I’m a therapist based in Colorado who specializes in working with millennial women, couples, and recovering people pleasers.

I love being both a therapist and an (elder) millennial—I understand firsthand how complex this season of life can feel. So many of my clients are navigating questions around identity, relationships, boundaries, and purpose…while feeling pulled to meet everyone else’s needs along the way.

I believe therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you come home to yourself.

My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, the Enneagram, Narrative Therapy and Family Systems to help you heal stuck patterns, process past experiences, and reconnect with your inner clarity. Together, we work toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and truly your own.

I specialize in therapy for women and people pleasers who are ready to unlearn roles rooted in caretaking, perfectionism, and self-abandonment. Our work focuses on building self-trust, setting boundaries, and creating relationships that feel mutual, honest, and connected.

As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I also support clients in healing their relationship with food and body. I’m passionate about body liberation and helping you care for yourself in a culture that often teaches disconnection and control.

I also work with couples who want to move beyond power struggles, miscommunication, and inherited relationship patterns. Together, we explore new ways of relating that prioritize authenticity, emotional safety, and deeper connection.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I’m also the former co-host of the podcast Two Therapists in Therapy, where we explored self-acceptance, growth, and meaningful relationships.
