In the Community

Partnerships

Full Bloom brings clinical support beyond the therapy room — embedding licensed therapists directly into the communities and organizations that serve young people.

Why We Partner

Good Mental Health Care Doesn't Stay Inside an Office

At Full Bloom Counseling Group, we believe the people who need clinical support the most are often the ones least likely to seek it out in a traditional setting. That's why we look for opportunities to bring care directly into community contexts — places where people are already doing meaningful work.

Our partnerships are intentional. We choose organizations whose values align with ours — a commitment to the whole person, a belief that mental health is foundational, and a willingness to do things differently.

Right now, that means one active partnership that we're proud to highlight.

Active Partnership

Colorado Children's Chorale

Colorado Children's Chorale is one of the nation's premier children's choral organizations, based in Denver and known for filling the world with song. Founded on the belief that music transforms lives, the Chorale trains hundreds of young singers across multiple performing, training, and community choirs — and takes those singers on the road, from Colorado stages to concert halls internationally.

As the Chorale's touring program has grown in scope and ambition, so has their commitment to the whole singer. The demands of touring — long travel days, high-pressure performances, being away from home, and navigating intense group dynamics — can surface real emotional challenges for young people. The Chorale reached out to Full Bloom to build genuine clinical support into every tour.

The result is a partnership built on a shared belief: that excellence on stage and emotional wellbeing offstage aren't separate goals.

What Clinical Support on Tour Looks Like

This isn't a logo on a flyer. It's a real clinical presence, built into every tour.

01

A Clinician on Every Tour

Full Bloom sends a dedicated clinician on each Chorale tour — no exceptions. Whether the group is traveling within Colorado or internationally, there is always a licensed mental health professional present.

02

Proactive, Not Just Crisis Support

Our clinicians aren't there only for emergencies. They're woven into the group experience — available to kids and staff, creating a safe emotional environment throughout the journey, not just when something goes wrong.

03

Colorado & International Tours

From performances across Colorado to concert tours in Europe and beyond, our clinicians travel with the group. They're prepared for the specific emotional dynamics of touring with young singers — performance pressure, homesickness, exhaustion, and the intensity of living and performing together around the clock.

Clinical Infrastructure

A Mental Health Framework Built for Group Travel

Generic crisis protocols weren't built for what Chorale singers actually experience on tour. So Becca Moravec, LPC, LMFT and Full Bloom's founder, developed a dedicated mental health handbook specifically for the Chorale's touring context.

The handbook gives clinicians and Chorale leadership a shared framework and common language — covering everything from recognizing early signs of distress in young performers to de-escalation strategies to communication protocols between clinical staff and tour directors.

It's the difference between having a clinician present and having a clinician who's actually prepared.

What the Handbook Covers

Recognizing emotional distress in young performers — managing performance anxiety and pre-show stress — supporting singers through homesickness and group conflict — clinician-to-leadership communication protocols — de-escalation strategies on the road — documentation and follow-up care pathways.
