Jillian Corpora
LPC
I am committed to helping people explore who they authentically want to be in the world. There are times in life when we feel lost, stuck, and overwhelmed by the complexity of emotions that encompass the human experience. Therapy can help us acknowledge these feelings and learn to work with them instead of resisting or avoiding them.
The ability to communicate your needs and desires honestly—with partners, family, friends, and co-workers—can help you live with more freedom and joy. I believe we all seek meaningful connections and experiences, whether at home or work.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked with adults with disabilities and their families, helping individuals discover their true potential. I also worked in hospice care as a grief counselor. Pain and loss deserve to be witnessed—it's only then that there becomes more room for healing and joy.
When I'm not working, you'll often find me at Red Rocks, on a road trip exploring Colorado, reading on my back deck, or visiting the Denver Botanic Gardens.
