Built on the Belief That You Deserve to Be Seen
Full Bloom Counseling was founded by Becca Moravec with a conviction that too many people were receiving good-enough therapy in places that didn't feel good enough. She wanted to build something different — a practice where clinicians genuinely loved their work, where care was never rushed, and where clients felt it from the first session.
What started as a solo practice has grown into a team of eight carefully chosen therapists who share that standard. We're a group private practice — which means the intimacy and continuity of working with your own dedicated therapist, backed by the collective knowledge of a whole team that consults, challenges each other, and holds each other accountable.
The name is intentional. Full bloom isn't where you start — it's where you're headed.
Our Clinical Values
These aren't marketing points — they shape every clinical decision we make, every therapist we hire, and every session we hold.
Trauma-Informed First
We understand that anxiety, relationship patterns, body image struggles, and addictive behaviors often trace back to experiences that shaped the nervous system. We start there — not at the surface symptom.
Body-Affirming & HAES
We reject weight-based health narratives and diet culture in every form. Our practice is committed to Health at Every Size principles, anti-diet approaches, and unconditional body respect.
LGBTQ+ Affirming
Every person who works with us deserves to be met with full, unconditional respect. We actively create space where all identities, relationships, and experiences are honored — not just tolerated.
Evidence-Based
EMDR, SSP, Gottman Method, EFT, Narrative Enneagram, Internal Family Systems, somatic approaches — we use what the research supports and what actually helps real people in real situations.
Collaborative Practice
Your therapist isn't operating alone. We hold regular consultations, bring challenging cases to the full group, and maintain high standards collectively. When you're with us, the whole team is behind you.
Flexible Availability
Evening and weekend hours, free 15-minute consultations before you commit, and both in-person and secure telehealth across Colorado. Good therapy is worth investing in — and we want to make sure it's the right fit first.
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”— Anaïs Nin
