There is magic in being truly seen—both by ourselves and in connection with others. When we embrace curiosity instead of judgment, we create space to peel back the layers of "shoulds" and inherited narratives, revealing our authentic selves. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, respect, and genuine connection. More than anything, I want my clients to know they matter, their experiences are valid, and they already hold the strength and resources to grow and heal.

I work from a foundation of person-centered therapy. I integrate somatic interventions, parts work, and evidence-based techniques such as DBT, ACT, and CBT—tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from CU Boulder and initially pursued a career in writing and teaching. Over time, I realized that my love for storytelling was really a passion for understanding people—their complexities, emotions, and capacity for transformation. I then earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University.

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” — Viktor E. Frankl
