One-on-One Support

Individual Therapy

One-on-one therapy is where real change happens — not just insight, but the kind of shift that stays with you outside the session. At Full Bloom, therapy isn't about fitting you into a protocol. It's about understanding what's actually going on and finding an approach that fits you.

What Brings People to Individual Therapy?

People start therapy for a wide range of reasons. Some arrive in the middle of a crisis. Others show up because something quiet and persistent has been pulling at them for years. Most are somewhere in between.

Anxiety and chronic worryThe kind that doesn't respond to logic and keeps running in the background even when everything looks fine on paper

Depression and low moodDifficulty feeling engaged, motivated, or connected — whether it arrived suddenly or built slowly over time

TraumaPast experiences that still shape how you think, feel, and react — even when you thought you'd moved on

Relationship patternsRecurring dynamics with partners, family, or colleagues that you keep finding yourself in

Life transitionsCareer changes, losses, moves, relationship shifts — the moments that ask you to figure out who you are now

Identity and self-worthThe slow work of understanding what you actually think, feel, and want — separate from what you've been told to be

You don't have to have everything figured out before you walk in. Therapy is the place where you figure it out.

Our Approach

There's no single template for how we work. Your therapist will draw from a range of evidence-based approaches — EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS, narrative therapy, CBT — based on what actually fits you. We believe the quality of the therapeutic relationship matters as much as the method.

Sessions are available in-person in Denver and via telehealth throughout Colorado.

Common Questions About Individual Therapy

No. Many of our clients come in because something feels off — not because they have a formal diagnosis or a crisis. Therapy is for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, change a pattern, or work through something that's been weighing on them.

Start with a free 15-minute consultation. We'll ask about what you're looking for and match you with a therapist whose background, style, and availability align. You don't have to figure this out alone — that's part of what we're here for.

It depends on what you're working on. Some clients reach their goals in 12–16 sessions. Others choose to continue longer for ongoing support or deeper work. We check in on progress regularly and never keep you in therapy longer than you find it valuable.

Yes — all of our individual therapy services are available via telehealth throughout Colorado. Many clients find virtual sessions work just as well, especially for anxiety, where doing the work in a familiar environment has its own benefits.

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone
