We are out-of-network providers and do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients receive significant reimbursement through their out-of-network mental health benefits. Here’s how it works:
- Call your insurance and ask: “What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?”
- We provide a Superbill (itemized receipt) after each session.
- Submit the Superbill to your insurance for reimbursement — many clients receive 40–80% back.
We are fully compliant with the No Surprises Act — we provide a Good Faith Estimate before beginning treatment so there are no unexpected fees. Download our Good Faith Estimate form →

The first session is primarily a conversation. Your therapist will ask about what brought you in, your history, and what you’re hoping to change. You’ll also get a sense of the therapist’s style and whether it feels like a good fit. You don’t need to have everything figured out — “I’ve been feeling off and I’m not sure why” is a perfectly good reason to be there. Together, you’ll begin to outline a personalized plan.
Yes. All of our therapists offer telehealth sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. We see clients across Colorado. In-person sessions are available at our Denver office at 1780 S Bellaire St #485, Denver, CO 80222. Kelsey Bennett also sees clients in person at her Boulder office.
We are fully compliant with the No Surprises Act. Before beginning treatment, we provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlining expected costs so there are never unexpected charges. If you have questions about your estimate, please ask before your first session.
