Healing can be difficult, but it can also be deeply transformative. Navigating the many relationships, choices, and tensions in your life may feel overwhelming or tenderly intertwined. Wherever your present needs find you, I am here to walk alongside you as you take the next step toward wholeness and healing. Through deeper presence and self-awareness, I will journey with you into the places of ambivalence, hurt, and longing — and support you in reintegrating with yourself.

I approach counseling through a systems lens, believing that healing is not done in isolation but within the relationships and connections we hold dear. My focus includes early attachment patterns, family-of-origin dynamics, reauthoring harmful narratives, and exploring identity formation across developmental, relational, and multicultural experiences.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. Originally from Florida, I am a second-generation Haitian-American who thrives in warmth and sunshine. I am an avid sports fan (especially basketball and football — Go Gators!). Before becoming a counselor, I worked in pediatric occupational therapy for four years.

“In the depth of our stories lies the possibility for freedom, self-compassion, and growth.”
