My Philosophy

I believe that true healing begins when we stop hiding, silencing, or sacrificing who we really are to gain approval from others. Too often, we wear “masks” to cover up shame and pain, preventing us from living with authenticity and connection.

My approach creates a space of deep safety and trust—where you can remove those masks and step into your most honest and empowered self. This foundation of self-awareness and self-acceptance fosters the courage to engage in meaningful change.

I specialize in working with couples and individuals using a depth-oriented approach, integrating the Enneagram as a powerful tool for transformation. Through EMDR therapy, I also help clients process trauma and break free from the emotional patterns that hold them back. My training in Gottman Level 1 provides me with proven techniques to strengthen relationships and improve communication.

If you are motivated and ready to engage in the deep work of self-discovery and connection, we can uncover the patterns that create obstacles in your life and relationships. Together, we’ll build new pathways of resilience, emotional clarity, and intentional living.

My Background

On my own counseling journey, I had to confront the false beliefs that shaped my struggles and learn to see myself with clarity and compassion. My therapists provided a non-judgmental space where I could fully show up—without running from shame or guilt.

Through that process, I worked through my fears, discovered my true self, and cultivated a new way of living. It was this transformation that inspired me to become a counselor—to help others experience the same depth of healing and self-discovery.

A Little More About Me

Born and raised in Colorado, I love calling Denver home. I earned my master’s degree in Community Counseling and have built a career centered on authenticity, emotional depth, and meaningful relationships.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy exploring Colorado’s breathtaking landscapes—whether hiking, snowboarding, or road biking. I also love getting lost on long drives, reading thought-provoking non-fiction, watching great films, and sharing craft brews with good friends.

Helpful Resources

Expanding your understanding of therapy tools can be a powerful complement to the work we do together. Below are some resources that provide valuable insights into the therapeutic approaches I use:

  • What is EMDR Therapy? – Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based approach that helps process and heal trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences.
  • The Enneagram & Personal Growth – The Enneagram is a profound tool for self-awareness and transformation, offering deep insight into patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior.
  • Gottman Method for Couples – Developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, this research-backed approach helps couples strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and build lasting emotional connections.
