Embrace Your Authentic Self. If you’ve ever felt the pressure to mold yourself to others’ expectations, you’re not alone. I believe that one of life’s most important journeys is uncovering your true self—the person you are when you no longer feel the need to change for others. As a therapist, my passion is to help individuals navigate that journey with compassion, curiosity, and support.

My Approach to Therapy

Therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe. I aim to create an environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, insight, and practical tools to help you build confidence in your identity and life choices.

I firmly believe in the power of lived experience. I would never ask my clients to engage in work that I haven’t done myself. Counseling has been—and continues to be—a place of healing for me, and I want to share that gift with others.

Areas of Specialization

I work with a wide range of clients, but I particularly focus on:

No matter where you are in your journey, therapy is a space where you can gain clarity, healing, and personal growth.

My Background

I hold a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Concordia University, where I graduated with the highest honors (4.0 GPA). Originally from Oregon, I have called Colorado home for over 15 years. I’m an Enneagram 6w7, an avid gardener, a passionate cook, a devoted mom and wife, and an adventurous spirit. Whether I have my nose in a book or exploring new perspectives, I am committed to lifelong learning and growth—both personally and professionally.

Additionally, I am certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a powerful listening therapy designed to help regulate the nervous system. I integrate this technique into my practice to support clients in reducing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, and enhancing overall well-being.
