Healing starts with connection. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need a safe space to be heard, I am here to support you. As a licensed professional counselor and marriage and family therapist, I offer virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful change. Our lives are narratives that include stories of triumphs, losses, joys, and wounds. As a therapist, it is an honor to be a part of the narratives of my clients—to get a glimpse of who you are through the lens of your stories.

Experience has taught me that relationships can be powerful and healing, which is why I seek to have a connection with my clients that rests on a foundation of trust and realness. I often integrate approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which focuses on building emotional security and connection in relationships. I strive to create a space where my clients feel welcome, heard, and safe enough to discover and become their full selves. While this journey of self-exploration is one that might involve confronting and healing our pain with patience, I also love integrating humor and moments of celebration in our work together.

My Philosophy

Our lives are narratives filled with triumphs, losses, joys, and wounds. As a therapist, I believe in the power of connection and storytelling to foster healing. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued—a space where you can explore your identity, navigate relationships, and work toward personal growth.

Experience has shown me that relationships can be transformative. This is why I prioritize building trust and realness in therapy, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported. While our sessions may involve deep reflection and healing, I also believe in celebrating progress and integrating humor along the way. My Background

I remember the first time I saw a therapist. I felt alone and unsure whether I truly “needed” therapy. It took me nearly a month to make the first call and even longer to schedule my appointment. Now, nearly a decade later, I am deeply grateful that I chose to confront my fears rather than run from them. Therapy changed my life, and it’s my passion to help others experience the same transformation.

In my free time, I enjoy solving escape rooms, binge-watching post-apocalyptic thrillers, and exploring new restaurants with my husband.

Areas of Specialization

I specialize in working with clients navigating:

  • Identity and self-exploration
  • Relationship challenges and communication
  • Attachment and conflict resolution
  • Spirituality and faith-based concerns
  • Racial identity development
  • Grief and loss

Many of my clients seek therapy to feel “unstuck” and gain clarity in their lives. Others come to maintain mental wellness and have a dedicated space to process emotions. Regardless of where you are on your journey, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and authenticity.
