EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people recover from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. Through a structured approach involving bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping), EMDR allows the brain to reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel overwhelming or stuck.
